CRL.M.C. 4119/2025 has been received on transfer. 2.
Petition bearing W.P.(CRL) 3251/2024 under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("B.N.S.S.") has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of Look-Out-Circular issued in connection with FIR No.0101/2024, in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 28.05.2025, copy of which has been annexed with CRL.M.C.4119/2025 as Annexure P6. Also, Petition bearing CRL.M.C. 4119/2025 under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.0101/2024 under Sections 406/409/420/465/467/468/471/477A/120B/34 IPC and Section 66 of IT Act, registered at PS: EOW, Mandir Marg, New Delhi, in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 28.05.2025.

All amounts have been paid in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 28.05.2025.

The parties are present in the Court and have been identified by the IO. The parties submit that they have arrived at the settlement without any force, coercion and undue influence and pressure and they have signed the Settlement Agreement dated 28.05.2025 with their wish and will. 5.
In view of Settlement Agreement dated 28.05.2025, present Petition has been filed.

The parties have endorsed the amicable Settlement and accepted the terms thereof voluntarily and have undertaken to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement.

settled vide Settlement Agreement dated 28.05.2025 and thus, no fruitful purpose will be served in continuing with the FIR. 8.
The present Petitions have been signed by the Petitioners and is supported by their Affidavits. The parties have reaffirmed the terms of Settlement Agreement dated 28.05.2025 and they submit that the said Settlement has been arrived at between the parties, without any pressure and coercion.

Respondent No.2 is present and submits that he has no grievance against the Petitioners and also no objection to the quashing of FIR. 10.
Considering the fact that parties have settled their disputes and Respondent No.2 has also given no objection to the quashing of FIR, no fruitful purpose would be served in continuing with the proceedings arising out of the FIR.

Consequently, Look-Out-Circular issued in connection with FIR No.0101/2024; and FIR No.0101/2024 under Sections 406/409/420/465/ 467/468/471/477A/120B/34 IPC and Section 66 of IT Act, registered at PS: EOW, Mandir Marg, New Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
