This Letter Patent Appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant challenging the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 31.05.2025 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 7502/2025 titled as MD Belal Shahi & Ors. Vs. Hamdard Institute Of Medical Sciences And Research and Ors.

Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant would withdraw the present appeal in case this Court were to permit the appellants to declare the results of the 04 students who are respondents herein as also the remaining 14 students who are not the petitioners in the underlying writ petition as also in case an observation be made to the extent that the impugned interim order be not treated as a precedent. 3.

Mr. Saket Sikri and also Mr. Gautam Narayan, learned Senior Counsel, who appears for the college and the students, respectively, have no objection in case the aforesaid submissions are acceded to. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the direction that the results of the 18 students shall be declared by the appellant within a period of three days from date and also that the impugned order so passed shall not be treated as a precedent. 5.

We request the learned Single Judge to dispose of the pending underlying writ petition with due expedition. 6.

It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the matter and all the rights and contentions of the parties are kept open. 7.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
