The instant criminal revision petition under Section 397 read with Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the revisionist for the following reliefs: "a) Set aside the impugned Order dated 8th April, 2022 Passed By The Ld. Court Of Ld. ASJ-05, North West District, Rohini Courts Delhi wherein the Respondents/Accused Persons have been discharged For The Offences Under Section 308 IPC in Sessions Case No. 48/2021 in FIR No. 372/2017 P.S. Rani Bagh;

b) Call for the Trial Court Record from the Ld. Trial Court; c) Pass any other order which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in view of the facts and circumstances of the case". 2.

Learned counsel for the revisionist has informed this Court that the matter stands settled between the parties and nothing is now left for further adjudication. He prayed that in view of the said settlement between the parties, the instant revision petition be disposed of.
