As Mr.Abhay Chattopadhyay, Advocate enters appearance on behalf of the defendant, the Caveat stands discharged. I.A. 32162/2024 (Exemption) 2.

Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. CS(COMM) 537/2024 3.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff has now learnt that the defendant's registered office is at Gurugram, Haryana and, therefore, this Court would lack territorial jurisdiction to entertain the present suit. He prays for leave to withdraw the present suit with liberty to file the same before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
