Counsel for the respondents, states that they are complying with the directions issued pursuant to order dated 18 June 2025,particularly paragraph

4. Further, counsel for respondents' states that they have no objection if the present petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 18thJune2025. 2.

Counsel for the respondents' further states that, if the petitioner undertakes vending activity in terms of the conditions specified in the Certificate of Vending (COV), they will not be obstructed, nor will any action be initiated against them.

In view of the aforesaid statement, which is taken on record, we see no reason to keep the present petition pending.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of in view of the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the counsel appearing for the respondent. 5.

It is further assured by counsel for respondents' that action, if any, including eviction or otherwise, against the petitioner will be in accordance with law.
