This Court notes that vide order dated 08th April, 2025, this Court had recorded that notice could not be issued to respondent nos. 2 and 3 for want of Process Fees. Accordingly, fresh notice was issued to respondent nos. 2 and 3.

However, position remains the same today, as well, and notice could not be issued to respondent nos. 2 and 3, as no Process Fee was filed. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
