% 18.09.2019 Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No. 674/2017 registered with Police Station-Jamia Nagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 376/328/323/506/509/34 IPC with subsequent and consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. The charge sheet has already been filed and charges are yet to be framed.

I find no ground to pass any order in the present petition. However, the liberty is granted to the petitioner to make the statement including the submissions she made in the Court today before the Trial Court during the arguments on charge.

Petition is accordingly dismissed.
