This petition has been received from the Bench presided by J.R. Midha, J. in accordance with the general direction dated 25th February, 2016 of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

Contempt is averred of the order dated 30th September, 2015 in W.P.(C) No.9373/2015 filed by the petitioner and disposed of with a direction to the respondent Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to decide the petitioner's representation dated 28th April, 2015 within a period of four weeks.

The counsel for the DDA appearing on advance notice states that a decision was taken though not within four weeks but a little thereafter and was communicated to the petitioner vide letter dated 4th January, 2016. 4.

The counsel for the petitioner states that the same has not been received by the petitioner.

A copy of the said communication is handed over to the counsel for the petitioner in Court.

In the light of the aforesaid, no case for entertaining this petition is made out.

It is however clarified that the petitioner if remains aggrieved from the decision would have remedy in accordance with law. Dismissed.
