The counsel for the respondent no.4 Delhi Volleyball Association (DVA) has handed over to the counsel for the petitioners the final result of the elections of the respondent no.4 DVA held in the year 2016 containing the list of the candidates who stand elected. 2.

The counsel for the petitioners withdraws the petition with liberty to institute a suit or a Public Interest Litigation to challenge the said election and to claim other reliefs as claimed in this writ petition. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 4.

Needless to state that all pleas shall remain open to the defendants in the said suit or Public Interest Litigation including as to the maintainability thereof.
