% 24.05.2018 The counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant and her husband have settled their matrimonial dispute in MAT.APPL.142/2014 which was listed today before a Division Bench of this Court. In view of the agreement and the undertakings contained therein, the Appellant does not wish to press this appeal. The counsel for the Respondent gives up the relief of use and occupation charges of Rs.2,000/- per month which was granted by the Trial Court and shall not press the same in future. The appeal is accordingly disposed of as having been settled between the parties.
