This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("1996 Act") seeking interim measures restraining the respondent and/or its employees/officers/agents from removing the vehicles i.e., electric cars parked in Basement Parking Level-II of MGF Metropolitan Mall, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi until the disputes arising out of the Leave and License Agreement dated 30.12.2022 are finally adjudicated by the Arbitral Tribunal. 2.

Since an Arbitrator has been appointed by this Court vide order dated 02.12.2025 in ARB.P. 1152/2025, the present petition shall be treated as an application under Section 17 of the 1996 Act by the learned Arbitrator and shall be adjudicated in accordance with law. 3.

The interim order dated 11.06.2025 shall continue till the disposal of the application under Section 17 of the 1996 Act by the learned Arbitrator.
