These applications have been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Anticipatory Bail in FIR No. 811/2023 registered at Police Station: Rani Bagh, Outer District, Delhi under Sections 323/325/354/379/341/392/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC').

The Applicant(s) were granted interim protection from arrest The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
vide orders dated 20.09.2023 and 22.09.2023, respectively. Three other co-accused persons in the same FIR had already been granted Anticipatory Bail by the learned Trial Court itself, vide order dated 16.09.2023.

The Applicant(s) are stated to have joined the investigation. It also appears that the disputes between the parties arose out of the control of the Management of the Jatav Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. There is also a cross-FIR lodged by the mother of the Applicant Mukul Bansal against inter alia the complainant herein. 4.
Keeping in view the totality of circumstances, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the applicant(s) shall be released on bail subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one local surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned in the FIR No. 811/2023 registered at Police Station: Rani Bagh, Outer District, Delhi under Sections 323/325/354/379/341/392/34 of the IPC, and further subject to the following conditions:
(xi) that the Applicant(s) will join the investigation, as and when directed, in writing;
(xii) that the Applicant(s) shall not leave NCT of Delhi without intimating the IO/SHO concerned;
(xiii) that the Applicant(s) shall not, directly or indirectly, try to contact/influence the complainant/victim or any other witness(s) or tamper with evidence of the case; (xiv) that the Applicant(s) shall furnish his mobile The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
