The learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 20.03.2025 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of binding the parties to the terms of the abovementioned settlement agreement. 3.

As the parties have now agreed that the Family Court, South District, Saket would have the territorial jurisdiction to entertain the petition, the parties may prefer their petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the said Court, notwithstanding the impugned order challenged in the present appeal.
