These are applications filed by the judgement-debtor under Section 148 read with Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking enlargement of time to make the deposit pursuant to the order dated 31.07.2025. 2.
For the reasons stated in the applications, issue notice to the decree-holder. 3.
Mr. Markanda, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the decree-holder and states that he has no objection to the present applications being allowed.
