% 18.12.2019 Petitioners are seeking quashing of FIR No. 126/2016 under Sections 498A/406 r/w Section 34 IPC, registered at police station CWC Nanakpura on the ground of settlement.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the terms of the settlement could not complied with by the parties and divorce by mutual consent is yet to be granted.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file a fresh one. The present petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
