By this petition, the petitioner seeks extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator in seisin of the arbitral proceedings between the parties, presided over by Mr. S.C. Malik, ADJ (Retd.). 2.

The mandate expired on 12 April 2024.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection. 4.

As such, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator shall stand extended by a period of six months reckoned from today. 5.
