This petition seeks extension of the mandate of the threemember arbitral tribunal in seisin of the arbitral proceedings between the parties.

It is submitted that the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal would expire today.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection to extension of the mandate of the tribunal.
