The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:- "That for the reasons stated above, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to pass necessary Orders, directions or Writ more so in the nature of A WRIT OF MANDAMUS to the Respondent No. 1 & 2 to provide him all the requisite information regarding misuse/fraudulent use of his PAN Card No.

BFMPS5288C along with the link mobile no/E-mail ID & address with name of person/firm on which said eway bill ID is got registered against the Petitioner's. Any other order or directions be also passed in favour of the petitioner in view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the matter and in the interest of justice."

Mr. Mukul Singh, learned CGSC for Respondent No.2, states that he has received a communication from Respondent No.1 regarding the information that was forwarded to them by the National Informatics Centre (NIC). The information reads as under:- "Please recall the telecom I had with you regarding the grievance received by National Informatics Centre from Shri Gurjeet Singh vide No. MINIT/E/2022/02586 dated 30/06/2022, in which the matter pertains to eWaybill where the person has enquired about the transporter who has used his PAN. The Petitioner had requested some details and accordingly, the following details has been provided to GSTN:
