e) Pass any other Order that this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice."

At the outset, learned counsel for respondent accepts notice and produces before us a copy of order dated 11.06.2025, reflecting the reason for rejection of the technical bid submitted by the petitioners. A copy of the document is supplied to learned counsel for petitioners. 4.

Learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh, challenging the rejection in the light of the communication dated 11.06.2025 conveying the rejection. 5.

The petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
