None has appeared for the applicant. But learned prosecutor on instructions of the Investigating Officer submits that Investigating Officer does not want to arrest the applicant, if he cooperates in investigation. It appears from previous orders that the applicant is suffering with some spinal damage in Bihar, so unable to come to Delhi. It further appears that the Investigating Officer needed specimen signatures of the applicant and for that purpose she will visit the residence of the applicant in Bihar. That being so, prosecution side has no objection if the application is allowed. 2.

The applicant has sought anticipatory bail in the case FIR No.95/2020 of PS Chankyapuri for offences under Section 420/120B IPC.
