The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: "A.

the matter and to take strict legal action against the Respondent No. 8 to 17 and officials of the Respondent No. 1 and other government officials;

issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ I order I directions to the respondent nos.1 to 7 to comply with the directions issued by various authorities including directions issued by the office of Hon'ble Prime Minister to investigate and take legal action."

Mr. Tushar Pahwa, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that he does not wish to press the present petition any further, in case, the same is treated as representation by respondent no.1/DDA. 3.
Ms. Mrinalini Sen, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1/DDA submits that she has no objection in case such a direction is passed.

In view of the above, respondent no.1/DDA is directed to treat the present writ petition as representation and dispose of the same by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from today. 5.
The petition along with pending application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
