The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 775/2024 of PS Kalyan Puri for offence under Section 103(1)/61(2)/3(5) BNS & 25/27 Arms Act. The interim bail is sought on the ground that the accused/applicant is suffering with fistula.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. The jail authorities are directed to ensure that the surgery of the accused/applicant for fistula is carried out within one week, of course subject to his written consent to be operated upon.
