This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Issue a writ of mandamus, or any other appropriate writ or direction, hereby instructing the Respondents to Inclusive of other booking agencies engaged in organizing events such as Chhath Pooja, Janmashtami, Diwali fairs, etc., within the ambit of Order F8(18)15/IL/961 dated 07 September 2023, as outlined in Annexure 2, or by issuing a separate order to implement revised charges uniformly across all booking agencies and organizers;

Or Declare the DDA order, specifically Order F8(18)15/IL/961 dated 07 September 2023 (Annexure 2), as null and void, due to its inherently discriminatory nature.

b) Direct the Respondents to avoid issuing separate revised guidelines for any set of religious groups which can become discriminating against others.

c) Direct the Respondents to refrain from issuing separate revised guidelines that selectively benefit specific religious groups or any Mahasangh, as such practices may result in discrimination against other W.P.(C) 12589/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. religious or cultural organizers.

d) Direct the Respondents to treat all other booking agencies on an equal footing with booking agencies engaged in the organization of Ramlila events through any Dharmik Mahasangh, as is the case with the "Delhi Dharmic Mahasangh."

e) Pass any other orders that this Honorable Court may deem just and appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition.
