W.P.(CRL) 429/2016 Present petition has been filed by petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking a direction to respondents no.1 and 3 to produce his wife, Ms.Pooja Kumari, respondent no.2 herein, before this Court. Ms.Pooja Kumari, wife of the petitioner has been produced in Court today. We have spoken to her in the Chamber. She submits that she does not wish to reside with the petitioner and wishes to reside with her parents.
