The petitioners have sought an interim bail under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) in FIR no. 238/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. registered at PS Hauz Qazi under Section 109(1)/3(5) Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023for a period of 20 days on the ground of marriage of their sister fixed for 22.06.2025.

It is submitted by learned APP on behalf of the State that it has been verified that the marriage is fixed for 22.06.2025 and that the learned APP for the State has no objection if the interim bail is granted for a period of 2-3 days. 4.

In view of the circumstances of the case, both the petitioners are granted interim bail with effect from 18.06.2025 to 23.06.2025 on furnishing of their personal bond of Rs.20,000/- eachalongwith a surety bond each of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned court/duty MM and subject to the following conditions:

(i) Petitioners will not try to contact or influence victim or any other prosecution witnesses.

(ii) Petitioners will not visit directly or indirectly at the place of residence of the victim.

Both the petitioners shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent on 24th June, 2025 at 10:00 A.M.

Accordingly, both the petitions are disposed of. 7.

Copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
