This petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions seeking action against the Delhi Police for violation of Article 21 read with Article 300A of the Constitution of India along with Section 41D and Section 100 Cr.P.C. for his alleged involvement in FIR No.267/2022 registered at PS: Gulabi Bagh.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition as the charge sheet has been filed and the matter is now listed before the Trial Court for framing of charges. 3.
