Separate statement of petitioner i.e. Ms. Anita Seth is recorded today regarding the Administration Bond. Administration Bond is Ex. P-1 and copy of Aadhar Card is Ex. P-2(OSR). Administration bond is found in order and the same is accepted.

Accordingly, the Registry shall take steps for issuance of Probate in favour of petitioner in terms of order of the Hon'ble Court dated19.11.2024.
