Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submit that the matter has been settled in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement dated 22.04.2024. The parties have arrived at a settlement voluntarily and have undertaken to remain bound by the Settlement.

It is prayed that the present Suit be decreed in terms of the Settlement. 3.

Submissions heard.

The Suit was filed for Dissolution of the HUF and for Partition of the Suit Properties.

In view of the submissions made by the parties, the Suit is hereby decreed in terms of the Settlement which shall form part of the Decree. 6.

The Decree Sheet be prepared accordingly.
