As the disputes between the parties stand settled, Mr. Mohit Kumar Bafna, learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the appeal in terms of the memorandum of understanding dated 17 February 2024. He is directed to place the said memorandum of understanding on record under the cover of an appropriate affidavit within a week from today.
