% 05.12.2017 The counsel for the parties bring to my notice that in the appeal, being FAO(OS) No. 126/2017, the Judgment Debtor has been directed to deposit the decretal amount. This order has been complied with. The Decree Holder has also been allowed to withdraw the same on furnishing the Bank Guarantee.
In this view of the matter, the counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition, in case, a need so arises at a later stage. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
