The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, seeking a direction upon the respondent - Municipal Corporation of Delhi [""MCD"] to de-seal his property being No. 26/33, First Floor, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi - 110008. 2.
Learned counsel for MCD submits that MCD has received a No Objection Certificate from the Property Tax Department and has also received a demand draft of Rs.75,000/- from the petitioner. MCD, therefore, proposes to de-seal the property within a period of two weeks from today.

The grievance of the petitioner thus appears to have been satisfied. The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of, binding MCD to the statement recorded above.
