% 06.08.2024 Present transfer petition has been filed for transfer of CC. NI Act/10441/2022 titled Asad Farooqi vs. Saif Aman pending in the court of Learned MM, Ms.Padma Landol, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts to the court of competent jurisdiction at Saket District Courts, New Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint was filed under bonafide belief that the jurisdiction is of Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. However, subsequently, it was found that the jurisdiction falls in South-East District. The notice was sent to the respondent. The respondent has duly appeared but failed to file any reply.
