Mr. B.S. Mathur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that he will not press the present petition any further if a direction is given to respondent/CBSE to treat the present petition as a representation and dispose of the same by a speaking order, and in case circumstances so warrant, to conduct a fresh inspection.

In view of limited prayer sought, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent/CBSE to treat the present petition as a representation and dispose of the same by a speaking order within a period of four weeks.
