The applicant has filed the present application seeking impleadment as a respondent in the present petition. The applicant is also one of the injured in the incident reported in FIR bearing no. 100/2019. 2.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the applicant is arrayed as respondent no.3.
3.
The application stands disposed of.
W.P.(CRL) 2654/2019 and CRL.M.A. 36148/2019 4.
The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing no. 100/2019, under Sections 279/337 of the Indian Penal Code,

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. He had stated that he was driving a motorcycle with respondent no.3, who was riding pillion beside him. He had stated that one Innova Car which was being driven in a very casual and wrong manner had hit his motorcycle. This resulted in respondent nos. 2 and 3 falling down from the motorcycle and suffering injuries.
6.
Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and are identified by the Investigating Officer. They state that they are unable to confirm that the Innova Car being driven by the accused was being driven in a rash and negligent manner. They state that their understanding of the incident is not recorded in the FIR in question.

The petitioner is also present in Court and is identified by his counsel. Both the parties (petitioner on one side and respondent nos. 2 and 3 on the other side) state that they have resolved their disputes and have no grievance against each other.
8.
Admittedly, the FIR in question has been registered only at the instance of respondent no.2. In view of his statement that he is unable to confirm that the vehicle was driven by the petitioner in a rash and negligent manner, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition. 9.
In view of the above, FIR bearing no. 100/2019 registered with P.S. Vasant Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 10.
The petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall sign this order as
acknowledgement of their statements recorded herein. 11.
