Through this application, the Petitioner seeks early hearing of the instant writ petition. The Respondents, on the other hand, have pointed out that the writ petition has in fact been rendered infructuous. 2.

Considering the afore-noted submissions, the application is allowed and the writ petition is taken up on board today itself with the consent of the counsel.

When the Petitioner filed the instant writ petition, they projected that the subject vehicle, which was insured by Respondent No. 3 - Oriental The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Insurance Co Ltd. was being kept unlawfully by Respondent No. 2 - Pasco Motors and the claims of the Petitioner under the insurance policy were not settled.

The counter affidavit filed by Respondent No. 3, has disclosed that the claim amount, was in fact released in favour of the Petitioner under claim voucher dated 8th July, 2024.

In light of the above, the claim under the insurance policy stands settled. However, the Petitioner's vehicle is still not being released by Respondent No. 2, as they have raised certain claims, which according to them are not covered by insurance policy. Counsel for Respondent No. 2 states that the relevant invoice to this effect has also been sent by them to the Petitioner.

In light of the above developments, counsel for Petitioner, states that she would like to withdraw the present writ petition. 7.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 8.
