At the outset, learned counsels appearing for the parties state that they have been able to arrive at an amicable settlement before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, and a settlement agreement dated 10.11.2025 in this regard is placed on record. It is further stated that all the obligations under the Settlement Agreement have already been performed.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petitions, along with the pending applications, are accordingly disposed of.
