By the present petition, the petitioner prays that adequate security be provided and action be initiated against Respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

It is submitted that even though the petitioners got married with the consent of the family members, however, subsequently, the parents of the Petitioner No. 2 had started demanding dowry. It is alleged that both the petitioners were beaten up by the family members of Petitioner No. 2, which forced the petitioners to leave their home.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the family members of Petitioner No. 2 are threatening the petitioners that if the dowry is not arranged, they will kill the petitioners.

The learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, at the outset, submits that the complaint made by the petitioners has been transferred to the CAW Cell. that appropriate steps would be taken up by the CAW Cell. 5.
He further submits that the mobile number of the Beat Officer would be provided to the petitioners and they would be at liberty to contact the Beat Officer if any threat to life and liberty is apprehended. He submits that as and when any such complaint is received, an appropriate action would be taken forthwith. 6.
In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed at this stage.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court in future in case any grievance remains.

The learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 is directed to provide the contact number of the concerned Beat Officer to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
