Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the connected Revision Petition 358/2018 on 25.11.2019, it has come on record that respondent no.2 has since expired on 25.11.2019. The factum of death was noted. He has placed on record the death certificate of the respondent. He has also handed over copy of the order dated 06.12.2019 passed in the Execution Petition No. 11/18 as well as the order dated 30.11.2019 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 96/2019.
