O R D E R

% 28.03.2017 Learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 & 3, on instructions, submits that school leaving certificate, 10th class marksheet, 10th class passing certificate, 12th class marksheet and 12th class passing certificate in original have been handed over to SI Rajender Singh PS Malviya Nagar on 27th March, 2017. Learned counsel for petitioner, on instruction, submits that Aadhar Card, SC certificate and Identity Card of petitioner have yet not been delivered to SI Rajender Singh. Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 & 3 submits that Aadhar card is not traceable and petitioner can easily obtain a

copy of it from the Aadhar card website.

During the course of hearing, internet generated copy of SC certificate and original library card have been handed over to petitioner. Investigating Officer has also handed over the above noted original documents to petitioner. Vide order dated 2nd February, 2017, respondent no.1 was directed to ensure the safety of petitioner after assessing the threat perception. Writ petition is disposed of by confirming this order. A.K.
