Counsel for the decree holder submits that despite efforts being made, the decree holder is unable to trace the whereabouts of the judgment debtor. 2.

In this view of the matter, the Court is of the view that there is no point in keeping the present execution proceedings pending. 2.1.

The same is disposed of with liberty to the decree holder to revive the said petition in the event the decree holder is able to trace the whereabouts of the judgment debtor.

Accordingly, the petition along with all pending applications stand disposed of.
