This is an application filed by the Applicant seeking grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 346/2024 registered u/s 351(3)/109(1)/61(2)/3(5) Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, PS Anand Parbat. 3.

The Applicant is one of the accused persons in the above stated FIR and was declared a proclaimed offender on 25th March, 2025. 4.

Ld. Counsel for the Respondent, while opposing the grant of anticipatory bail, has relied upon the decision of the Supreme Court in Srikant Upadhyay and Ors. v. State of Bihar and Anr., AIR 2024 SC 1600. 5.
