This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition has been filed by the Petitioners seeking the quashing of FIR No.82/2023 registered at police station Chitranjan Park, for the alleged commission of the offences punishable under Section 420/ 406/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The brief background of the case is that the above stated FIR was registered upon a complaint filed by Ms. Neena Gupta and her husband Mr. Neeraj Gupta (hereinafter, 'the Guptas') against Mr. Abhay Sapru and Mr. Keshav Sapru (hereinafter, 'the Saprus'). The Saprus were thus named as accused persons in the said FIR.

The allegations in the said FIR relate to a property bearing No. KCA105, 5th Floor of DLF Kings Court, W - Block, Greater Kailash-II, New Delhi, -110048.

It is submitted that the parties have now arrived at a settlement vide Supplementary Settlement Agreement dated 20th March, 2025 (hereinafter, 'the settlement agreement'), which has been entered into, pursuant to an Agreement to Sell dated 13th October, 2022.

In terms of this settlement agreement, all the disputes between the complainants and the accused persons in the said FIR, as also the third parties, namely Ranjeev Duggal, Rachna Duggal and Rishabh Duggal (hereinafter, 'the Duggals')have been resolved. 6.

Ms. Neena Gupta, one of the Complainants in the said FIR has joined the proceedings before this Court virtually and Mr. Neeraj Gupta, the second Complainant is physically present in the Court. They have confirmed to the Court that the settlement agreement has been finally entered between the parties out of their own consent. They have also filed no objection affidavits to this effect which are on record.

Mr. Abhay Sapru and Mr. Keshav Sapru are also present in the Court. They have also confirmed the execution of the settlement agreement. 8.

Since the entire dispute appears to have been a property dispute, which also involves certain allegations as set out in the FIR No.82/2023 and the disputes have been mutually resolved by all concerned parties the FIR No.82/2023, PS Chitranjan Park, stands quashed. 9.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. All pending applications are also disposed of.
