The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying for anticipatory bail in relation to FIR No.
275/2019 under Sections 420/467/468/47/448 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Baba Haridas Nagar, Delhi.

It is alleged that the petitioner had trespassed on certain lands. The petitioner denies the said allegation and claims to have purchased the same. The petitioner's request for anticipatory bail was rejected by the learned ASJ as the petitioner had not provided original documents on the basis of which
he was claiming title over the land he allegedly trespassed. He has since provided the said documents.

In the circumstances, this Court is of the view that he is not required to be taken into custody at this stage. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner subject to the petitioner furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO. The petitioner shall also ensure that he shall join the investigation and fully cooperate with the IO. The petitioner shall not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi without information of his whereabouts to the concerned IO. Needless to state that if the petitioner fails to do so, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand cancelled.

The petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 7.
