The petitioner seeks cancellation of bail which was granted to respondent No.2 on 25.03.2023.

However, after hearing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the present application, primarily, for the reason that the bail in question had been granted, virtually, three years back.

He, however, submits that let there be a direction to respondent No.2 to punctually participate in the ongoing trial and not to take unnecessary adjournment.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 who has joined the proceedings through video conferencing assures about the same. In view of the above, the application is disposed of as not pressed. 6.

Learned Trial Court is also requested to make best endeavour to dispose of the matter expeditiously.
