The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent to recover the petitioner's mobile phone (Honour View - Navy Blue having IMEI No.
1:867896030281466) and restrict unknown persons from illegally using the said mobile.

Th petitioner alleges that his mobile phone was stolen. He apprehends that the said mobile may be misused.

Ms Nandita Rao, learned ASC appearing for the State states that a
trace was put on the said phone on 13.07.2019, however, the phone has been switched off and therefore, the same cannot be traced. An untraceable report has been filed, in this regard.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. However, given the apprehension expressed by the petitioner, the police are directed to put a trace for the said mobile phone for a further period of two months.
