This is an application filed on behalf of the Applicant seeking regular bail in FIR No.163/2020 dated 26.04.2020 under Sections 376/452 IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at PS: Jaitpur.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicant now stands convicted albeit an order on sentence is yet to be passed by the learned Trial Court and therefore, the present application is rendered infructuous.
