This is an application under Section 439 read with Section 482 of CrPC seeking regular bail in the case bearing FIR no. 0henc510/2023 dated 30.10.2023 registered under Sections 302/307/308/147/148/149/34 IPC at PS Najafgarh, Delhi.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present bail application.

Hence, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further states that he shall move an application for interim bail on the ground of medical conditions. Let him do so in accordance with law.
