The present Petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of interim bail granted vide Order dated 15.06.2024. 2.

After some arguments, learned Senior Advocate on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh as and when his mother is advised for cardiac surgery. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the present petition along with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
