% 09.08.2024 The court has heard Mr. N.S. Dalal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. Utkarsh, learned APP appearing for the State. The video footage that is part of the evidence collected during investigation has been viewed by the court. Mr. Dalal however, disputes the veracity of the video footage.

After making some submissions, Mr. Dalal seeks leave to withdraw the present bail petition, with liberty to file afresh, as may be permissible, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed-of as withdrawn; with liberty as prayed-for; without making any observation on the merits of the matter.
