By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, to which the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has no objection.

Mr. Tarish V. Sathe states that he has been recently engaged by the petitioner and further states that NOC is not forthcoming, therefore, he has filed his vakalatnama which is on record, to which, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Tiwari, Advocate for the petitioner, objects that he is still the counsel for the petitioner.

Both the Advocates for the petitioner have any grievance inter se them as to who is representing the petitioner, they are at liberty to approach the President, Delhi High Court Bar Association for redressal of the same.
